The representative of eprint attended the “Lai See Reuse and Recycle Kick Off Ceremony” which was organized by Green Action on 16th February 2016. Mr. Wong Kam-sing, JP, Secretary for the Environment was being invited to be the officiating guest of the kick off ceremony. He gave a speech about the importance of reuse and recycle, encouraging the public to create less waste. This year, more than 50 organizations joined the activity which made the collection point increased to 650 and Kwun Tong main branch of eprint was one of them. The collection period started from 16th February to 4th March. All the collected red pocket would be donated to Green Action.
This has been the seventh year that Green Action held the “Lai See Reuse and Recycle”. In the past 6 years, the number of collected red pockets has been reached 12 million and this equaled to 636 trees. eprint Group is committed to keep on supporting Green Action whole-heartedly.
