Proofing Guidelines:
1. Scope of Proofreading: Proofs are provided primarily for checking fonts, layout, and positioning. Colors are for reference only and should not be considered an exact color match.
2. Modifications & Cancellations: Once the initial proof has been produced, any subsequent artwork modifications or order cancellations will incur a proofing fee.
3. Sizing & Scale: Artwork exceeding A3 size will be proportionally scaled down. For full-size (1:1 scale) proofing, production will be done using a tiled/spliced method.
