Reward Redemption Process:
Step 1. By the 8th of the following month after the end of each quarter, customers who have reached the specified spending threshold will receive an email notification to choose their reward.
Step 2. Customers are required to reply to the email and select a gift, pick-up store, and pick-up date before the 15th of the same month (Pick-up locations limited to Kwun Tong, Mong Kok, Tsuen Wan, and Wan Chai stores. Dates available from the 21st of the current month until the last working day of the following month).
Step 3. After the customer's reply, a pick-up confirmation email will be received before the 21st of the same month.(Except for choosing e-print e-coupon). Customers who choose e-print e-coupon will be able to check the discount code in e-print app > Current Offer > e-print Coupon after the 21st of the month.
Step 4. On the designated date, customers can visit the specified store, provide the recipient's customer number, and present the pick-up confirmation email to collect the selected gift. After collection, customers will need to complete a sign-off form.
Example: For the second quarter (April-June), the redemption notification will be sent by July 8th. Customers must reply and select a gift, pick-up store, and pick-up date before July 15th. The selected gift can be collected at the designated pick-up store from July 21st to August 31st, on the specified date.

How to Calculate the Total Spending Amount:
The quarterly spending is calculated based on the cumulative total of the actual paid amounts from eligible orders for each customer ID. These orders must have been placed within the specified quarter, shipped/picked up, and fully paid. The calculation is based on the order date.
For example, the spending for the first quarter includes the sum of the actual paid amounts from orders placed and shipped/picked up between January 1st and March 31st, where the outstanding balance is $0.

Terms and conditions:
1. Rewards Program
1.1 The Rewards Program (hereinafter referred to as the "Program") is provided by e-print Group Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") to its customers, subject to the following terms and conditions (these terms and conditions may be amended by the Company at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice, and shall collectively be referred to as the "Terms").
1.2 The Program period runs from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024, divided into four quarters: Q1 (January-March), Q2 (April-June), Q3 (July-September), and Q4 (October-December).
1.3 The Program is only open to customers who choose Cash on Delivery (COD) as their payment method.
1.4 The Program is applicable only to customers of the Company and is not available to any employees and/or members of the Company's subsidiaries and affiliated companies. They are not eligible to participate in this Program. If a member is found to be ineligible to participate in the Program, their participation will be deemed a violation of the Terms.
1.5 By participating in the Program or claiming rewards, customers acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Calculation of Spending Amount
2.1 The spending amount for each quarter is calculated based on the total amount paid for eligible orders, which are orders with a full payment made and goods already shipped and delivered, accumulated under each customer ID. The calculation is based on the order date. For example, the spending amount for Q1 includes the total amount paid for orders placed and goods shipped between January 1 and March 31, with no outstanding balance.
2.2 Eligible payments include cash, credit card, Apple Pay, BoC Pay, Google Pay, WeChat Pay, Alipay, bank counter staff, ATM, phone banking, online banking, PPS, Octopus, and temporary payment methods.
2.3 "Goods already shipped" includes orders with a job order status of "picked up," "delivered" "couriered" or " Sent Mail"
2.4 All sponsored orders and orders receiving discounts due to company/customer/product issues are not considered eligible spending.
2.5 If an order is cancelled, refunded, discounted, or reprinted after goods have been picked up/delivered, the Company reserves the right to withdraw the corresponding rewards. If a discount or gift has already been used or claimed, the customer will be required to reimburse the difference or return the related gift.
3. Claiming Rewards
3.1 Customers who are eligible to redeem gifts for each quarter will receive an email notification with gift selection options (four choices) before the 8th of the following month after the quarter ends. Customers must reply and select one gift and indicate the pickup store and pickup date by the 15th of the same month. Pickup locations are limited to Kwun Tong, Mong Kok, Tsuen Wan, and Wan Chai stores, and the pickup date is limited to any date after the 21st of the same month until the last working day of the following month. For example, notification for Q1 (January-March) will be sent before April 8th, and customers must reply with their gift selection and pickup details by April 15th. Gifts can be collected at the designated pickup store on the pickup date.
3.2 Customers who fail to provide a valid email address or fail to reply with their gift selection and pickup details by the 15th of the month following the notification will be considered as forfeiting their entitlement.
3.3 Customers must provide their phone number and present the gift redemption email notification when collecting the gift at the designated pickup store. If an e-print electronic coupon is selected, customers must check the app for the coupon code and related terms and conditions.
3.4 Each customer ID can redeem a maximum of one gift per quarter.
3.5 Customers must collect the gift for the respective quarter by the last working day of the following month after the notification is sent; otherwise, the entitlement will be forfeited. For example, if the notification is sent on April 8th, customers must redeem the gift by May 31st.
3.6 The Company is not liable for the status of redeemed rewards, any loss, damage, or personal injury resulting from the use of such rewards. All rewards and/or prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Under any circumstances, rewards and/or prizes cannot be returned or reissued. The Company is not responsible for product warranty or quality issues.
3.7 All rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last.
4. General Terms and Conditions
4.1 Each coupon is subject to its respective validity period, terms, and conditions. Please carefully read the relevant terms for more information.
4.2 e-print Group Limited reserves the right to modify the Program content (including but not limited to conditions and rewards), discontinue the Program, or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
4.3 In the event of any dispute, e-print reserves the right of final decision.
