Plastic Folders

The Color PP Folder is a practical and durable solution for schools, offices, NGOs, and enterprises. Unlike paper folders, it is reusable, waterproof, wrinkle-resistant, and stain-resistant, helping to reduce long-term costs while maintaining a professional image.

Made from high-quality 0.2mm PP material, available in glossy or matte finishes, and standard A4 size. Optional add-ons include business card slots or extra pockets for better organization.

Printing supports 4C offset printing (CMYK) with optional spot or full white ink backing, ensuring sharp, vivid colors and enhanced brand visibility.

Minimum order starts from 300 pcs, with additional services such as individual polybag packing and customized packaging upon request.

Preparing artwork for Plastic Folders

Please download the suitable die-cutter from our website to prepare for the artwork.
Texts in the file should be outlined, resolution of images require 300 - 350dpi in CMYK mode or above lest affecting print quality. The above prices have included printing and die-cut charges of single-sided CMYK + white base (totally 5 colours). For transparent plastic folders, its bottom edge is sealed by ultra-sonic wave pressing method.
Remarks: Texts are recommended to place above the bottom edge for 10mm, lest the sealing edge would cover the wordings.
