eprint Group is commended as Family-Friendly Employers

As a local conscience business, eprint Group has always focused on the physical and mental health of employees. On October 25, eprint participated in the award presentation ceremony for the 2015/16 Family-Friendly Employers Award Scheme co-organised by the Home Affairs Bureau and the Family Council. eprint was commended as one of Family-Friendly Employers, it praised that the company treated the staffs well for many years.

Launched in 2011, the biennial award scheme recognises employers who attach importance to the family-friendly spirit, encourages them to continue to put in place family-friendly employment policies and practices to raise employers’ awareness of the importance of family core values, and aims to foster a pro-family culture and environment. An assessment panel comprising experts and representatives from various sectors assessed the applications and selected the awardees with reference to various criteria, such as family-friendly practices and polices (FFEPPs) adopted by employers, benefits of implementing FFEPPs to employers and employees, as well as the rationale behind the implementation of FFEPPs and management commitment.
