eprint Group Limited (eprint Group) attended the presentation ceremony of “ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme”(the Scheme) on 19th May 2016 as eprint Group successfully passed the assessment of manpower training and development. The Scheme recognized eprint Group as Manpower Developers (MDs) for demonstrating outstanding achievements in manpower training and development and it was the first time eprint Group participated the Scheme. The Scheme was launched by the Employees Retraining Board (ERB), and 110 organizations were acknowledged as MDs this year.
ERB established the scheme in December 2009, aiming at cultivation of common social value to attach great importance to manpower training and development. Participating organizations can review and evaluate the effectiveness of their strategies and practices in manpower training and development in accordance with a set of objective and stringent assessment criteria established by the independent Technical Consultant. Organizations that fulfill the criteria will be acknowledged as MDs within a two-year validity period, subject to renewal every two years. Until April 2016, a total of 386 organizations have been accredited as MDs.
This was the first time eprint group join the Scheme and being recognized as MDs.
